would want to stay there again
The room was spacious with air conditioning and a lovely balcony. I enjoyed the amenities like a coffee machine, minibar, and tv. The private bathroom had free toiletries and a hairdryer. Free use of the steam room and sauna was a nice touch. Breakfast options were tasty and plentiful.

Staff were really helpful and friendly, beds extremely comfortable, location perfect, right in the heart of the old town.
A bit difficult to find, as we had to park first, then walk to the hotel and then were given a card to enable us to drive through the barrier into Nessabar. Don't know if there is a way around this, but not a problem, just dont carry your bags as we did, cos when you've got the card you can park right outside the hotel.

Really good local dining experience with great regional flavors.
The dinner service was painfully slow, with almost 40 minutes to receive a dessert, and it was like they expected guests to be patient. The breakfast portions were tiny, and to pay extra for a small bottle of water is just outrageous. The steam room was out of service , disappointing as it was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel.

Excellent location, nice, spacious room and very good breakfast.
It says on the website that free parking is available on site and that a no reservation is needed. However, we were told on arrival that the parking was full and that we should have reserved a place in advance.

Wonderful hotel exceeded only be welcoming staff. All the staff are extremely attentive and friendly. The hotel owner, Victoria is super efficient and speaks excellent English! The rooms are elegant and beautifully furnished. If self driving to the hotel best to call in advance as not easy to locate first time and google maps not up to date at all in this area.

Hotel was fairly clean and fabulous with nice staff and stunning location to St John church on one side. Location: the property was near to Sunny Beach which is a classic cheap package resort, and the centre of the Nesebar...

Great location, friendly staff, great atmosphere, good restaurant (a good thing with all the dozen/poor "tourist" restaurants around). We enjoye the great atmosphere of the restaurant terrace.Decorated and furnished with good taste. Rooms very clean.
At breakfast they could improve the coffee quality (now it's from a vending machine and tastes awful) and should consider adding the tea option. The music that plays in the bathroom speakker it's great but could be more varied (after 3 days it's redundant)

I stayed in a Double or Twin Room with Balcony, Old Town View for 2 nights. The room was cozy, clean, and spacious. Loved the small balcony with a nice view of the old town. The bathroom was a good size, and the furnishings had a nice quality. It was really quiet. Only downside was that it could use more electrical outlets.

A good location to visit the old town. The hotel is near old church St. John and is surrounded by old ruins. Nice furniture in rooms with balcony and the pictures on the walls are original. The design (using old bricks), the restaurant terrace, and the fish aquarium at the entrance, the staff very friendly and english speaking, the cleanliness, we had a relaxing time there. It's a great place for young couples. A very good value for money.
There are no romanian TV chanells. In the balcony we haven't table with chairs.

This place was probably the best I've stayed at in a while, with a fine view from the balcony and delicious breakfast options that kept me full all day. I loved spending time in the soothing sauna after a long day of exploring. The only thing I noticed was the coffee could have been a bit stronger, but that didn't take away from the overall experience ☕️

The staff was interested in offering the best possible time. The church view is wonderful, although a bit noisy due to air ventilation utilities, in case you want to sleep with your window open. The breakfast was better than expected, although repetitive.
For breakfast they only have margerine that is advertised as butter. The seaside view is not a killer, but is quieter and directed towards the north, therefore, cooler. Coffers and tea from vending machine, at breakfast.
